To address the issue of missed time punches and simplify employee attendance tracking for those working remotely, in co-working spaces, or engaging in smart working, Milan Municipality has opted for the Sm@rtC6® virtual timekeeping solution.
In this initial phase, the project will leverage the benefits of app-based geolocation, enabling employees operating in the field to clock in and out even without traditional badge readers or time clocks.
In line with HR innovation, the institution has adopted a digital solution that ensures full compliance with privacy regulations while capturing on-site time entries and updating the HR management system.
The solution automatically sends data to the Municipality’s servers and seamlessly integrates with the existing management software, preserving previous investments.
