A virtual marketplace aiming to offer non-insurance services to the individual, home, family and caregivers. With the help of the Vittoria hub insurtech incubator and the startups Ernesto, Medicalbox and VillageCare, Vittoria Assicurazioni has launched its ‘E-Market’, a venture that will soon feature other businesses incubated by the hub.
The new digital area, available both on the Company’s website and the MyVittoria App, is for any user – whether or not a Company customer – who can thus easily access a universe of solutions expertly selected thanks to Vittoria Assicurazioni’s renowned expertise.
Establishing the E-Market brings to fruition the Company’s primary goal when starting up the incubator. It sought to create a well-integrated insurtech ecosystem of prevention, assistance, remediation, monitoring and insurance services which the user – not necessarily a Vittoria customer – can access at any time, without barriers and according to their needs.
E-Market’s services
In particular, the partnership with Ernesto, the free web platform that helps people find the best home professionals for whatever type of work they need, means you can use Vittoria Assicurazioni’s portal to request free quotes, compare tradespeople through user reviews, and independently contact the chosen expert to ask for an appointment.
Again through the Vittoria website or app, a single click is enough to receive detailed information and book specialised health examinations and diagnostic tests. These services are provided by Medicalbox, the online platform connecting patients and healthcare facilities in Italy through innovative digital applications.
Practical support also goes to caregivers. VillageCare makes information, advice and tailor-made solutions available on the virtual portal, related to the ageing of frail elderly parents or specific diseases of old age. The services are provided by Family Coaches, experts and specialists, who give clear and practical answers to the customers requesting them daily through a network of care partners in the area.
