I-Tel S.r.l., a company belonging to Maps Healthcare, a Business Unit of Maps Group, will provide the “Salute A Casa” product to the Local Health Authorities (ASL) of the Abruzzo Region. This application allows patient monitoring, document sharing, visualization of the proposed therapy, and the possibility of conducting telehealth visits.
The service will be implemented through collaboration with the Joint Tendering Group (RTI) winner of the framework agreement “Abruzzo Region Home Care”, with the social cooperative KCS Caregiver acting as the representative, which will manage the service for ASL Aquila-Avezzano-Sulmona, ASL Teramo, ASL Pescara, and ASL Chieti-Lanciano-Vasto.
The “Salute A Casa” application will be installed at the regional headquarters of the RTI, with a configuration and customization tailored to the specific needs of each ASL.
The supply of the application is also associated with a smart complaint tracking service, for a total annual fee of €75,600, tacitly renewable for each year covered by the framework agreement. For the provision of the service and product installation, €42,000 will be paid in the first year for installation, configuration, set-up, and integration of the application, in addition to €6,000 for the provision, upon request from the ASL, of the Key User training service.
The compensation will also include the cost of integrating the application with ADVENIAS, the partner of the RTI, currently in the definition phase.
