A strategic partnership to strengthen the healthcare offering
The acquisition of Ellysse is an important step for Maps Group, enabling further expansion of its software product portfolio and strengthening its presence in the healthcare sector, an area where Maps Group is already well-established thanks to its Business Unit “Maps Healthcare”. According to Marco Ciscato, Executive Chairman of Maps Group, “The acquisition of Ellysse represents a strategic step that allows us not only to further expand our software product portfolio, which is a central element of our business model, but also to significantly strengthen our offering in the healthcare market. The specialist expertise and many years of experience of the Ellysse team represent an additional added value for the entire Group, contributing to the cross-functional enhancement of all Business Units.”
Marco Lunghini, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ellysse, enthusiastically highlights the beginning of a new phase: “Maps’ entry into Ellysse’s share capital represents an important opportunity for growth and innovation. Thanks to the shared project, Ellysse will be able to expand its design capacity and consolidate its position in the omnichannel customer care and virtual assistants (Bot or Agent) market, based on generative artificial intelligence.
