Armonie 2025: the annual Maps Group meeting at DumBO in Bologna

Armonie 2025 Maps Group Meeting

The 2025 edition of the Maps Group Meeting took place at DumBO in Bologna, a location that has become a symbol of urban regeneration and cultural innovation – an ideal setting for a theme like “Armonie” (Harmonies).
A word that guided the story of a year marked by significant changes for the organisation and its corporate community.

In his opening remarks, President Marco Ciscato revisited the main milestones: the arrival of our colleagues from Ellysse S.r.l., the transformation of Artexe S.p.A. into Maps Healthcare S.p.A., and the forthcoming launch of Maps Energy S.r.l.
Strategic choices that strengthen our specialisation, visibility, and operational effectiveness in our key sectors.

Vulcanica: harmony as collective energy

Then the room was overtaken by rhythm.
Bins turned into drums, metal sheets vibrated, wheel rims rang like steel bells. And above all, the body became an instrument: movement, sound, presence.
All of this thanks to the percussion ensemble Vulcanica, who didn’t simply perform, they inhabited the space.

Founded in 1994, this Italian artistic collective with an international outlook brought to the stage a performance that made the idea of harmony tangible. Their message is simple and powerful: music is born from what surrounds us, but above all from what we create together.

A heartfelt thanks to them for reminding us that a company is, first and foremost, a set of energies that find rhythm in collaboration.

Giovanni Storti: From Comedy to Environmental Commitment

The main guest of the meeting was Giovanni Storti, actor and comedian known to the general public as a member of the trio Aldo, Giovanni e Giacomo, and today also the voice of a significant personal journey dedicated to environmental sustainability.

In recent years, Storti has developed numerous green awareness projects, collaborating with associations, schools and local initiatives, using social media to promote topics such as environmental impact, sustainable lifestyles and the relationship between humans and nature. His approach is both direct and pragmatic, yet deeply human.

Moderated by our colleague Enrica Cammarano, journalist and Head of Corporate Communication, the conversation explored themes central to the Group: the role of public figures in spreading environmental awareness, individual responsibility, the integration of technology and sustainability, and the opportunities linked to artificial intelligence.

The Maps Group community was enthusiastic – and pleasantly surprised – to experience Giovanni Storti up close, as he recreated a familiar and intimate atmosphere, offering reflections on sustainability and civic engagement without ever losing his unmistakable humour. With energy and lightness, he led the audience through laughter, applause and memories, bringing back iconic moments from his career.

In closing, he jokingly admitted he had felt wise for a day, noting that in the trio, the serious one has always been Giacomo.

Taking Care: A Wish for 2026

After the conversation with our guest, Vulcanica brought fresh energy to the evening, accompanying us into a moment of community made of dinner, music, laughter and dancing. Simple yet meaningful moments that remind us that a company is not only structures, processes or technologies: it is above all a weave of relationships that grow also beyond the workplace.

To conclude, each employee received a small plant – both a symbolic gesture and a concrete invitation to take care, to observe, to respect natural rhythms, and to cultivate sustainability and harmony each day through our choices.
